How I got here
Dima Krupnov.
- – 5 years in top management at a creative marketing agency and production company
- – 3 years producing broadcasts at the biggest esports studio in the CIS
- – 1 year freelancing in marketing, management and production
- – 9 years on stage as a presenter, singer and dancer
Why I’m applying.
I know how to make an idea real: shape the format, bring a team together, sell it and perform. I’ve done that as a producer, a manager and a host. Now I want to build a company of my own. That means changing ways I think and work, which requires a proper environment empowering problem solving and building products that help people. I’m applying to The Horowitz Andreessen Academy to shift from experienced operator to founder alongside other builders and to start producing stuff people need. I bring experience in audiences, teams and execution—and a willingness to rethink how I use it.
